Family Weekend

Family Weekend is an excellent opportunity for families to spend time with their students, visit campus and fully take part in the Mizzou Student Experience. No formal agenda is set for Family Weekend, however, there are events for families with a variety of interests. We encourage you to attend as many events as possible and to enjoy a great weekend at MIZZOU!

Family Weekend Online Ticket Sales are now closed! Please note that all orders are final and non-refundable. Should you need additional assistance, please contact the Office of Parent Relations at 888-631-1098 or 573-882-5539 or by email at parents@missouri.edu. Although you can no longer purchase football tickets through us, tickets to the MU vs. Purdue game are still available through the Athletic Department at mutigers.com or 1-800-CAT-PAWS.

Family Weekend Check-in & Packet Pick-up

Whether you have purchased tickets in advance, or simply plan to take advantage of our no-cost opportunities, your first stop should be Family Weekend Check-in, held at the following times and locations:

  • Friday, September 15, Noon - 7:00 p.m., MU Student Center
  • Saturday, September 16, 8:00 a.m. – Noon, MU Student Center

We encourage all Family Weekend participants to stop by check-in and take advantage of special activities planned throughout the day, including photos with Truman the Tiger (from 2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.). Adults over 18 years of age who have registered for Family Weekend will receive an extended weekend membership to the MU Recreation Complex, generously provided by MizzouRec.

If you are unable to attend check-in, your MU student may pick up your Family Weekend packet on your behalf. A student identification card and signature will be required.

Family Weekend Check-in closes at Noon on Saturday. Any football tickets not picked up by that time will be taken to the will-call area of the football stadium (North End of Faurot Field). There will be no refunds for leftover tickets or t-shirts at the conclusion of Family Weekend. Arrangements can be made through the Office of Parent Relations to pick up pre-purchased t-shirts and Parent Calendars after the completion of Family Weekend.
